Mr. M's Mighty Kindergarten M&M's

Very exciting night at Hillside as we kicked off the school year with what is more exciting than ice cream to kids.  I had the chance to actually meet and great the class of 2011-12 along with their families.  I am looking forward to an exciting year here at Hillside Academy of education and fun.  The classroom, when decorated, will be wonderful with lots of windows and filled with activities to keep your child engaged.

I passed out some sign up sheets last night for you should you wish to volunteer in someway with our class.  Start thinking about some places we can go to this year for class trips, and let me know your suggestions.  I have taken classes to Remlingers Farm, Nature Vision in Carnation, Golden Gardens (tidal pools), Discovery Park, and the Children's Museum at Seattle Center.

This blog I have set up as an invitation only blog so if you have relatives (grandparents, etc.) or friends that are interested in following our classroom please let me know and I will invite them.
