Mr. M's Mighty Kindergarten M&M's

Today we visited our big buddies down in Miss Suzanne's 3rd-4th classroom.  Her students read to our kindergartners, and we met their pet hamster, Fuzzy.  Puff and Fuzzy will have to do a play date, but not sure how a female hamster and female dragon will get along.  Our kids made thank you cards for them after Spanish today and we traveled back down to personally deliver them and thank them again for sharing their time with us. Miss Suzanne and I thought that perhaps at the Thanksgiving feast they might buddy up again.

In reading we read Water.  In handwriting we did a letter/word writing activity.

In science we took a look at our full body outlines,  and each student had an opportunity to talk about themselves.  What parts of their bodies are important to do the special things they do everyday, and the special things they do like play soccer, karate, dance, and sing.

We had Spanish today.
