Welcome back everyone! Today was a Fruit of the Spirit day and we talked about gentleness and what it means. In reading we read
How Many? In handwriting it was letter "U'u". I did a short sentence dictation based on our reading today, and we did beginning and ending sounds in phonics. Rylie read to us from a creative little book she composed of her favorite things. In math we did our introduction to unit 10, and went right into lesson 10-1, working with the numbers 11, 12, and 13. We celebrated Rylie and 10% fluency in IXL math, and Alex had multiple achievements for time spent in IXL and finishing 200 questions successfully. Listening Dragon is home again. I sent him back out with Laina for the week.
Reminder that Spring Walk is coming up this Thursday. Please try to get some pledges for your child. Please return library books tomorrow to the classroom or drop them off at the library. The Pizza Night coupons are in your red folders. Money for our classroom basket for the auction can be left on my desk, or you my get with Tiffany about providing something for the basket.
